This draft describes the static review website. The controller identified in the project records is ISI Solutions s.r.l., Via Mameli, 15, 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), Italia; Italian tax/VAT number 03030300127. For enquiries and rights: info@isisolutions.it. Certified email (PEC): isisolutions@pec.it.

The contact form processes your name, email address, topic and message on the server to prepare an email to ISI Solutions. Messages are not stored in the website database by this plugin. Rate limiting stores only short-lived keyed hashes and counters. In review mode delivery is disabled; the response explicitly confirms a test, not delivery. Production retention and mail providers must be defined before release.

Enquiry data is used to respond and assess the need described. Steps requested by the individual before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other professional communications, the proposed basis is the legitimate interest in managing business relationships under Article 6(1)(f), subject to assessment of the individual’s rights. No marketing subscription, profiling or automated decision-making is provided. Preparing an enquiry does not require blanket mandatory consent.

This theme does not embed analytics, advertising, remote fonts, maps or videos. Theme and language preferences are carried in links. The contact form sends the entered details to the WordPress server; it does not save message bodies in the database. WordPress administration and other active plugins may introduce cookies, storage or external requests: these must be audited on the actual runtime before release. Rate limiting uses short-lived keyed hashes and counters, without setting a browser cookie.

Handling email may involve authorised staff and email providers. The controller must document hosting, processors, locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA; these have not been verified in this prototype. Operational retention periods or criteria for emails and logs are not documented and must be defined in the approved notice before publication. The prototype does not store enquiries in a database.

Where applicable under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If future processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

The existing website’s Iubenda Privacy Policy remains available. This draft does not change Iubenda text or configuration. The controller must reconcile the notices with the services actually used in WordPress.
