The contact form processes name, email address, subject and message to answer the enquiry and assess the requested service. Providing the required fields is necessary to receive a reply. The website plugin sends the message by email and does not store its body in the WordPress database. Anti-abuse controls use short-lived keyed hashes and counters.

Data submitted for a quotation, service or pre-contractual enquiry is processed to take steps requested before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in managing professional relationships, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website does not provide marketing subscriptions, profiling or automated decision-making.

Hosting and security systems process technical data such as IP address, date, requested resource, user agent and events required to operate and protect the website. Independent Analytics produces aggregate usage statistics on the WordPress server without cookies or external analytics servers. The IP address and user agent are processed to generate a non-reversible visitor identifier; the IP address is not stored in plain text.

Data may be handled by authorised personnel and by providers supporting hosting, security and email, acting under the applicable data-protection rules. Data is not sold or disclosed for advertising. Contact data is retained for the time required to answer and manage the professional relationship and, where applicable, for statutory obligations. Technical data is retained for the time necessary for operation, security and incident management. Any transfer outside the EEA is handled using the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR.

Where applicable under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
